Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the item in its original box with all manuals and accessories included, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a heavy-equipment pickup.
Receive Your Refund
